Our leadership

Martin founded Eurowag Group in 1995, shortly after graduating from high school.

Over the years, Martin has successfully developed and scaled the business from an energy payments solution to an integrated payments and mobility platform for the CRT industry, which includes toll payments, on-board telematics, route optimisation and much more. Martin is devoted to providing every CRT company with the benefits of digitalisation at scale. He has grown up with these businesses, spending time in their vehicles and with the families that own and operate them, to understand what they need in order to improve efficiencies. His vision is to build a seamless integrated digital ecosystem to revolutionise what is known as the middle mile, to benefit customers, partners and the environment. 

Martin holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and lectures at the University of Economics, Prague.

Oskar joined Eurowag and the Executive Team as Chief Financial Officer in April 2023, succeeding Magdalena Bartoś.

Oskar brings with him over 30 years’ experience of working within large complex international businesses with continuous improvement and growth focused cultures. Most recently, he was CFO at XP Power Limited, one of the world’s leading providers of power converter solutions.

Prior to XP Power, Oskar was CFO of Scapa Group plc, a leading global manufacturer to the healthcare and industrial markets, from 2018 until its acquisition by SWM International, Inc., in early 2021. Previously, Oskar was CFO at Spearhead International, a leading vertically integrated food and agriculture business operating in CEE and the UK. Oskar has held other senior roles in Teleflex, British Airways, Georgia-Pacific and KPMG.

He has an honours degree in Finance from the University of South Africa and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of South Africa.

Ivan is the Chief Strategy Officer of the Group. Ivan previously served as the Group’s Chief Corporate Development Officer from April 2017 to July 2021. Before joining the Group, Ivan was a Vice President at the central European private equity group Enterprise Investors, which he joined in August 2005. As part of this role, Ivan gained extensive experience in leading fast-growing businesses on a global scale. He held Non-Executive Director roles at AVG Technologies, (later acquired by AVAST), a then NYSE-listed cybersecurity software company, and was a Supervisory Board member at Kofola, a Prague-listed soft drinks producer, and STD Donivo, a leading central-European international freight and haulage company. Prior to joining Enterprise Investors, Ivan worked as a corporate finance associate at Deloitte.

Ivan holds a master’s degree in Finance, Banking and Investments from Ekonomická univerzita in Bratislava. Ivan completed executive management courses in leadership and product management at the University of California, Berkeley (Haas School of Business) and the London Business School.

Ivan holds an ACCA qualification and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Emma Copland joined Eurowag as a member of the Executive Committee in June 2022. Emma is an experienced HR leader with an extensive track record in technology companies and customer-focused businesses.

Prior to joining Eurowag, Emma was the Chief People Officer at RM plc, where she helped design a new operating model, and express the company purpose and values. Previously, she shaped the corporate culture and managed the people agenda as the HR Director at Centrica and The Bicester Collection.

Emma holds a Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) qualification from the University of Westminster.

Attila Dsupin joined Eurowag in July 2016 as Sales Director before becoming Senior Vice President, Energy BU. Attila is responsible for all energy services at Eurowag, enabling the CRT industry to keep moving. A key element of his role is accelerating the transition to low carbon, with alternative fuels such as LNG and hydrogen, as well as enhancing additional complementary services for CRT customers on the road.

Previously, Attila worked at international energy group, MOL for over a decade, holding different positions from Business to Finance. Attila was leading for several years the Group Controlling function and spent years leading the operation of MOL Group in the Czech republic as CEO.

Attila has graduated from the University of Economics in Hungary.

On 1 November, Pavel Hendrich joined Eurowag as the Company’s new Chief Technology Officer.

Pavel joined Eurowag as an external consultant in early 2022. In addition to consulting, Pavel was CTO of the Czech-based start-up Liftago. His accomplishments there include building a strong engineering team and replacing Liftago’s monolithic architecture with micro-service architecture.

Eurowag will also benefit from Pavel’s many years in the banking sector, specifically working in various roles for Home Credit International, including Software Development Director and Chief Information Officer.

Pavel devotes much of his spare time to his two teenage kids and enjoys travel and reading. He is also a keen sportsman and loves cycling, golf, skiing, tennis, and playing and refereeing basketball.

Felipe brings over 15 years of extensive experience in supply chain, operations, and e-commerce across multiple countries. Before joining Eurowag, Felipe was pivotal at Ananas e-Commerce as Chief Operating Officer, where he helped to build the business from the ground up, transforming it into a leading e-commerce ecosystem in the Balkans. He also played a crucial role at Mercado Libre as Director of Mercado Envios, leading the supply chain strategy and transformation across Latin America, significantly contributing to the company's market cap growth between 2018 and 2019.

Felipe's robust background includes a senior tenure at Boston Consulting Group as Partner, where he led numerous high-impact projects focused on supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing for global clients. His expertise spans developing regional supply chain networks, overseeing fulfillment services, and leading sales and operations planning processes.

Felipe holds an MBA from COPPEAD, Brazil, with an exchange at IE Business School, Spain, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from PUC-RJ, Brazil, with an exchange at École Polytechnique de Montréal, Canada.

Francesco Nazzarri joined Eurowag as Chief Commercial Officer in June 2024.

Most recently, Francesco held the role of Chief Commercial Officer for EMEA and APAC at Experian PLC. During his time at Experian, he led four major acquisitions, the evolution of the product portfolio to a fully integrated AI-powered platform, and the launch and scale up of an omni-channel model. 

Prior to joining Experian, Francesco held a wide range of product, commercial and transformation leadership roles with Symantec Corporation, Vodafone Group, Cable & Wireless Worldwide and Private Equity (Hg Capital). At Vodafone, Francesco developed and launched the first integrated products and multi-play propositions for the telecoms sector (mobile + fixed + broadband + SaaS productivity apps), almost 20 years ago. His early career was in research and development with Nortel Networks and Lucent Technologies. 

Francesco attended Bath University in the UK and holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering.
