The Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held at 4:00pm on Thursday 16 May 2024 at Third Floor (East), Albemarle House, 1 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4HA. The AGM Notice 2024 is also available on the Company's website.
Ahead of the AGM, the following documents are being mailed and made available to its shareholders:

- The Form of Proxy
In compliance with Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.3, the Annual Report 2023, the AGM Notice 2024 and the Form of Proxy have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
