The Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held at our registered office at Third Floor (East), Albemarle House, 1 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4HA, on Wednesday 27 May 2026 at 12.30pm BST.
At the AGM, the Board will propose to shareholders the payment of a special dividend of 1.5p per ordinary share for the financial year ended 2025. If approved, the recommended special dividend will be paid on 22 July 2026 to all shareholders who are on the register of members on 26 June 2026. The shares are expected to be marked ex-dividend on 25 June 2026.
Ahead of the AGM, the following documents are being mailed and made available to its shareholders:

- The Form of Proxy
In compliance with UKLR 9.6.1 and 9.6.3, the Annual Report 2025, the AGM Notice 2026 and the Form of Proxy have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection (https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism).
